I pre-ordered this on November 5, 2008 release date, and anxiously awaited his arrival. I've wanted for its compactness and portability, and I am certainly disappointed, one of two considerations. This netbook is impressive for inclusion in an airplane or the cafeteria. The battery lasts about four hours, which is more than enough for my typical usage. The keyboard size is 85%, which I can adapt without too much difficulty. I like that the buttons are in the normalLocations. The biggest complaint about the keyboard is the key, the apostrophe out of place. Even after nearly a year of constant use, I still find the key, and are an excellent typist media. Occasionally runs slow because the memory size. These are my two complaints I are both in the new Dell Mini 10 credits resolved. A keyboard 92% with all the keys to the right place, and a 120 or 160 gig hard drive. I wish I had expected, but both arevery happy with the almost exclusively. I use it for word processing, e-mail and the Internet, PowerPoint presentations, image editing, etc. I am very pleased, but thought that would be even happier with the Mini 10
